We are going to determine the draft order tonight through www.draftordergenerator.com. Everyone will be emailed the results but I will post the draft order on here afterwards. If draft picks are traded, those involved need to make a post under the Hot Stove League section of the forum.
We are shooting for the draft to start on March 1st, so this should give everyone a week to strategize and get their initial $100 payment in. If anyone fails to get it in by the 1st, we have a few owners on the 'waiting list' ready to take those spots and the draft will start as soon as their payments are in.
After the completion of the last pick, rosters will be frozen for 24 hours while the salary cap/luxury tax is determined. Teams will then have two weeks to make trades and do what they wish to get under/over the cap. Once two weeks are up, half of everyone's team salary will be counted towards their end of the year salary (as outlined in the constitution under Salary Cap). The only difference is that this date will be two weeks after the completion of the draft rather than on opening day.
